Template Guru Needed

Hey, honestly I am just sick and tired of dealing with Template tuning. I have dealt with them for 7 years and was their first customer and now there is new management and they gouge me for every nickel they can get.

What I am looking for is a geek that can take a 68 dollar template I purchase, and then customize it for me for 200-300 or so. If you can do this. I have work ALL DAY LONG.

Please PM me, but before you do, make sure you go to the site (google it dont want a link) and look around and make sure you can customize these sites for me.

I charge my clients 800.00 bucks per site. I buy the template for 80-200 bucks, then you do the site, and I pay you your share, and keep my share. Remember I got employees to feed, so if your ok with the percentages I have plenty of work.

Do you use a content management system? If so I can do Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal websites. I am also working on Modx websites.
