Need to get a few opinions so that I can get a better valuation.
Domain Index(Highly unreliable) appraised it at 20,200 USD, with a margin of error of +/- 20%...so an appraisal accuracy of 80%. I'm sure it could be worth much less so I just need a ballpark value before I move forward with selling it or giving it to my bro who is a web developer to dev it.
