I was surprised to see that I received a bid of $ 10.000 for TeeTimes.mobi!!! With all the premium .mobi auctions running at the moment, the bidder has to be an enduser. Not a domain speculator. And a speculator wouldn't bid $10k on this domain is my guess, although is is a beautiful domain!

If you play golf, then you know that TeeTimes.mobi is one of the best or maybe THE BEST domain for a mobile online GOLF booking website.

Indeed, looks like the domain name went to a very good End user, and I very much look forward to the details on their specific development plans and promotions for it, IMHO. This, of course,will be a welcomed addition to the critical .MOBI "ecosystem", once developed! :music:

I think that this is an amazing sale.... it's a sensible domain, it makes sense & it's got a purpose, it's not a premium generic in fact it's not unlike a million other possibilities......
But that's why I think it's amazing because I feel that its kind of representative of whats going on now, this is a turning point for all of us, a good sale to a genuine end user who has paid a good price for a good domain with probable development plans....

I couldn't help it..... I just had to add to my only golf related divot.mobi Wentworth.mobi & Sunningdale.mobi's with teetimesUK.mobi & teetimesUSA.mobi... I figured it had to be worth the punt..... surely?

(just shows that there are still shed loads of good .mobis there for the taking.... I bet you could reg almost any Golf club .mobi domain within reason at the moment)
