Very nicely designed site you have there. Depending on how much the script cost you/ custom coded script and if the design comes with resale rights and is unique to the site. I can see you definitely achieving the $100+ mark. I would certainly get a few more members before you sell, as it would increase its value considerably.

I could see the domain going for about $75 undeveloped; however, since you are developing it I could see the value getting to the x,xxx range. If I were you, I would scrap the Sedo tracker--the icon is an eyesore to your homepage.
