domain Techs.ws - Growing Forum

Hi,

Im looking for an estimate on how much Techs.ws is worth or could be worth.

I bought the website about 3 weeks ago, since that time 60+ members have registered and around 400 posts have been made this is growing daily.

I am making around $5-10 a day on advertising.

I am looking for people to tell me what it could be worth now, and also what it may be worth in a years time if the forum continues at its current speed.

Anyone have any ideas?

Well, I like that this is a developed forum outside of the typical .com realm, but that's a personal thing.

As far as value goes, you have a small but growing forum with over 100 members which is a good start. The domain itself is five letters which is not bad and is very memorable. It has begun generation revenue and seems to be doing quite well in that respect at $5-$10/day. That's quite a large amount for such a small forum but if this is true then you are easily talking 10-12x a few months revenue. So you're talking low $x,xxx. If it wasn't for the revenue, I'd say it's more around the higher end of low $xxx alone.
