domain Technicians.tech Whats it worth

Hey first time buying a .tech anyways i got Technicians.tech whats it worth ?

- redundant / does not fit the extension (technology technicians? technicians technology?)
- .com/net/org/biz/info all parked/for sale
- technicianstech.com never registered/avail, techniciantech.com is avail
- all reported "technician" sales are niche specific (xraytechnician, autotechnician etc), except technicians.org @1350 in 2006 (parked)
- all reported sales are strictly com/net/org
- tons of better options in other nGtlds: zone, place, space, world etc

yea thats why i dont buy these kind of domains im just gunna stick with .coms and .xyz
