TDNAM not working

I haven't been able to use TDNAM for the last week. It keeps dying on me. Every time I try to do a search, I get the following message:

An error has occurred, the development staff has been notified. We apologize for any inconvenience.​

It sounds like it is working some places and not others.

I get that sometimes. Wait a minute or two then try it. If that doesn't work, then open a new Internet Explorer window and try it. If that doesn't work, open Firefox and try it (or vise versa). If that doesn't work, restart your computer.

That is the order I would try to fix it in.

I've got this before on certain searches. It usually fixes itself after a few minutes.
