TDNAM Auction process

A = Buyer
B = Seller

A placed the winning bid, made payment to TDNAM.

B received the notification to transfer the name to A. The name is registered at another registrar.

B contacts A and then transfers the name to A.

Now, when will B receive the payment from TDNAM? After a number of days or after A informs TDNAM that he've received the name?

I am currently going through this process,

Auction ended, payment was made, the domain was transferred
and received by the new owner. (10 days ago now)

According to TDNAM
It takes 30 days from date of sale before funds are released to
Paypal (or where ever) then another 3-5 days till it reaches your account!

So basically they get to use your money for 30 days, without
giving you any interest!
