TDNAM auction confirmation

I have just sold my first name and it was in a 7 day auction at TDNAM. I can
now see a link to "Email Buyer" but I received no confirmation email from TDNAM.
I emailed them, but apparently the reply can take up to "24 hours". So I decided
to try to speed up the process by asking here. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

what were the fees?
were you happy with the results of the auction?

You can contact the buyer by "Email Buyer" option.

But you have to wait for the official email from TDNAM which confirms they have received the payment and then you could start the pushing or transfer.

So even though the "Email Buyer" link only appeared about a half hour after the auction
closed, that's not a sign that the buyer sent payment then. Correct?

The "email buyer" link is not an indication of payment.
Wait for the email from TDNAM telling you they are
in receipt of funds, and then it'll tell you to contact the
buyer.

How long, in your experience mis_chiff or owntype, does it generally take for buyers to send payment? Should I email the buyer after a certain amount of time, maybe as a reminder?

My buyers paid fairly quickly, (less than 24hrs)
but I believe they have up to 7 days to send payment.
