I dont suppose a ™ issue here if you dont use the name in bad faith and against any interest of other group holding that name. There are some services co-existing in the net in peace with the same name. There are a great number of ™ concerning "taylor made" but they are focused on some brand names as 'taylor made books', tmag, etc. You are free to use this name or even submit a ™ for "taylor made us" (which sounds really well without having a "TM neurosis™" :lol:
