Good name, certainly worth more than reg fee. As FusionSpy said ReducingTax or TaxReduction would be better but you never know....

If you were into PPC, you could start bidding on the term 'Reducing Tax" and make this domain a squeeze page and funnel the opt-ins into another sales funnel.

I would definately agree. As to the value, I would say in the Mid to High $xx range IMO.
