Who do you see as the end user? When I Google(UK) it, there is only one paid ad coming up, for a firm of accountants. That is a low number, but it's better than none I guess. The end user I could see is a firm of accountants specialising in tax fine appeals. However, this is a very niche market. The term is very narrow and specialist, it is not a domain that targets mass consumers.
