With tax time upon us - I was wondering whether good old Uncle Sam - or rather the IRS allows private individuals claim domain registrations as part of business expense deductions.

Anybody have any idea?

It could potentially be a business expense on one's Schedule C - discuss your specifics with a qualified CPA™, Enrolled Agent, or professional tax advisor ... unique to your overall individual situation IMHO. :gl:

Yes, as an individual you can show your domain registration charges as part of your business expenses
