You can check US trademarks at http://www.uspto.gov

The Domain 'TastyFoods.com' is trademarked but not the words 'tasty foods'.

In my opinion this would suggest that a trademark application was turned down on 'tasty foods'. It would seem strange not to apply for trademarks on both.

Just my opinion.
