Not sure how this could go developed with the .org

It is a great great keyword, but the .org substantially diminuates its value. It is a kind of domain, that you need to wait some time to get a serious offer on. Resellers would not appreciate it as much as possible end users.

I think it can go in low-mid $x.xxx for resellers, but basically this is a guess, due to the lack of recent keyword .org sales

It's a dictionary, single word, noun domain, 9 years old.

129 Million results in Google for the keyword. Major culinary industry. Also, the word "taste" is used to almost everything that applies to "liking" e.g. one's taste in music, art, men/women etc.

This is a 5 digit domain, as in minimum $10k.

Like Acro said, its a dictionary word and those are selling very well, if its a .com, .net, or a .org. I wouldn't let this go for under $5k. If you did, it would leave a bad 'taste' in your mouth
