Not sure what 'Zunes' is and a Google search didn't really do much either. Would be a lot better as ZunesTalk.com, IMO.

The microsoft ipod is called zunes. So i dont know what happens with the Trade mark name and such i have no idea. See what im saying about having zunes in the name?

thats a good idea, but i dont think you can use the word "zune" in your domain name if your going to have a site that has any relation to the microsoft zune. They have the right to the domain name, and might take it from you. Possibily? Not sure anyone know anything about the trademark deal?

There are so many Zune names and so many developing Zune forums/websites. I don't think Microsoft is going to sue every one of those people.
