hey, basically this i posted on CT

"hey, basically i will be starting a new project which will be about projects it will be a place where people can discuss there latest projects with eachother and also recruit staff for there projects. I am thinking about a website AND a forum, but i was thinking about just a forum, but if i do have a website for it then it will have things like a 'Featured Project' and 'Newest Project' or something just so the people who has just thought about a new project then it will be displayed on the website or something, im not sure i havent thought about EVERYTHING yet but i have thought about some key features that i will want, i will be buying a website design and a VB forum skin and also a VB license but to get it off its feet i will just be using a free forum which could mean either IPB or PHPBB or something of that sort.

Features
- Featured Project box somewhere on the site which will display a upcoming project.
- Newest Project box which will be a box which will show a little developed project.
- Developed Projects box which will be something of some sort which will display a fully grown project which was earlier displayed in newest projects.
- Premier Member which will be a special membership which will be a monthly paying type, this will include the ability to add a project to the wesbite, you can also recieve newsletters/articles etc, get a FREE website banner for your new project (468x60). I'm also currently thinking of other features that premier members can get.
- Recruitment centre, this will display in the forum posts, then have a backend type script so the 'Newest Recruitment' can be displayed on the main website. This will be for people looking to recruit staff for a new project.
- Advertisements place which can be for people who pay for there new projects to be displayed on our website, not for displaying there projects but for displaying there adverts for there new projects, this will be a seperate thing from the 'Newest Projects' 'Featured Projects' etc. that is free but if you want to advertise your project with a banner on our main website, then you will have to pay .
- A free Marketplace to display your items/designs etc. FREE of charge which will be posted in the forums which will also have a backend script and also be posted on our website.

Staff
Staff WILLbe paid when working for this new project i have in mind, but i really do need the project to get off the ground before i do, so i will need a lot of support when doing so.

Positions
- Moderators (Forums)
- Moderators (Website)
- Website Banner Designers
- Website Designers (For paid custom work, from the people who register there)
- Website Coders (" " and team up with the designers).
- Advertisers (To advertise around community forums, about us)

Every position will get a % of the $$ earnt from revenue/premier accounts/ etc. also designers can ALSO get there own custom work so it will be a prime website for designers because most people who start new projects need website desginers/coders etc.

Please dont expect a lot from this website as from now until i can get everything fully up and ready i also have a decent domain in mind so if anyone is interested at all in this, please post here, i don't want no-one adding me to msn please.

P.S i can instead of buying a website design then i could help design one with someone, something professional looking or something, if not then in time i will by something, so ATM this project is not even in beta stages

a lot of money can be involved once this gets off its feet, i can't pay people as of yet but once we get members paying for premier members you will get money out of that, you will get money from custom jobs ETC.

the project is called www.talkprojects.com which is a domain i purchased about two days a go.

Thank you people for your support, i just wondered if there were some people i missed out adding to msn? if i have i would like you to add me to msn please asap, because i am currently sorting out all of the staff postions and departments so if you want to be part of the staff, get in quick!

Also i have thought of some features for the paid Premier Memberships.
