This is the third time now and it's getting frustrating, i've already contacted the owner and hopefully he should take it down or else i'll need to contact hostgator (the sites host).

wow, looks like someone is upset that they ripped the layout O.o lol, they signed up as Hacker and actually POSTED a thread multiple times. They didnt even hack it. I'd check that out mate, you dont want members from your site going on another site causing problems like that, that can cause more problems than you have.

Was your template original, like its not avail. for sale to anyone else? Perhaps there is something else that im not seeing as being ripped... the words/wording appear to be different, sure it looks the same but so do prob. hundreds of sites which use the same template.
