Great idea. Develop it into a spam forum. Where Every thing talked about is Bull-Shit.

Without development it may get $XX and with development and traffic. (It will get Huge traffic if there are no mods to stop anyone) Then it can get $XXX.

But the ads revenue from it will be more compared to the price of domain.
