I am selling TakeCaution.com. It was a website for several months but about 2-Months ago my old server was hacked and I basically lost everything except for the actual webpages and a couple articles that were saved on my hard-drive (Which subsequently broke). I would love to continue the website, but I will not have the time nor skill to properly devote to this website to make it as big as it could be.
Included in sale:
-TakeCaution.com Domain NOTE: At Dotregistrar will need to have you transfer this to another registrar such as enom or etc. I can do it myself for you to enom for only $8.00
-Entire Custom Design and Site.
-A few articles written before I switched to a MySQL DB system are still saved on my computer. I know I have at least two of them. You will get all rights to my articles to do with as you please. I also have the links to a few articles you can use with permission from the authors.
Traffic:
Before Hacking I got 450 Uniques Monthly.
Currently get about 100 Uniques Monthly Now.
Earnings, Banner Slot had a decent CTR and Adsense earnings per Click were substansial.
I think with proper development this website could easily start earning $40-$50 Monthly.
