Thats why the site database is not being sold, its a Takeover, just as the title says. You dont own the script you just become the Admin/owner of the site, customize it how you wish and get to collect the income the ads bring you plus you get a top ranked Domain name that could be sold by itself but I thought it would be better as a package. Even if you didn't want the site you would own the domain so you could do as you wish with it.
