Its too confusing, you need to work on the layout a bit. Maybe section parts of it off and give headings or descriptions under your links. I do not know where to click sometimes.

It is too "flashy". My eyes are going friggin insane trying to locate the content. I mean I guess it is decent for a free site using templates. Try toying around with real templates and coding.

Hey,

Not so bad if this is your first try but :
- I would use that much JavaScript
- I would try not to use frames - they are bad when it comes to search engines.

I agree with the above. Its pretty good for first attempt. (a whole lot better than my first)

Frames usually aren't very user friendly, also the homepage is really long and cluttered. And wayy to much javascript and movement going on.
