Hey folks,

What do you think about the value of my recent .pro reg? I think it works really *really* well with the extension, I'm even starting to think I should develop it instead of sell it.

It's a good fit with the extension but I can't find a single historical sale for this keyword. The sort of words that get bid for in .pro are blockbuster keywords like Casino and Travel. If you reg a keyword in .pro that doesn't have 10-20 previous recorded sales, you might as well take $50 out of your pocket and burn it. You need to develop this or tuck it away for a couple of years and hope .pro takes off. Value now is maybe $10-$20, you would struggle to get reg fee. Do a search for .pro for sale threads on Namepro and you will see what I mean.

Thanks for that akcampbell - yeah things not looking too good *at the moment* but I'm confident that will change if/when they eventually relax the rules... fingers crossed anyway.

I think you're right though... development is the key in the interm.
