I think there both on par. So $400 is a good quote . neither domain is a chinese premium or western premium .

I dont see anything with chinese about it on translation boards,also I judge value by bids I have a lot of chips and these guys are begging me to sell it to them from 1800-4000 so to say they are over valued is like telling traders on wall street your 401k is worth double because the book value of your stocks are high and they should not have fallen in the bear market. The value of something is what it commands.

If you get some attention from chi, then that's a good sign. Then don't settle for less. I would say CVCV is good pattern. 4L + GP = $5k - $15k.
