I'm no expert in $$ appraisals but I'll give you my opinion of which one I prefer.

supersoaked.com (I really like this name) with prettyparis.com coming in 2nd place. (by the way, prettyparis.com can offer good development potential as it could be used to promote the city of Paris obviously, but likewise, it could be used in conjunction with the Paris Hilton phenomenon.)
