What do you think about this domain? How much is worth?

I think it's worthless.

OktoberFest doesn't match the .pro extension. No ones naming their business "oktoberfest". Who would an "OktoberFest pro" even be?

Oktoberfest is a German beer festival, and has no relevance to the .pro extension - however, as with many seemingly worthless domains, if you build a good website with either sales data or significant traffic/subscribers then there's always the option to sell it on Flippa. I see no reason why you couldn't set up a website with tips on how to be an Oktoberfest Pro with useful information for first timers, fun facts, some translations in German, and a forum, and generate revenue by affiliate - selling festive clothing, event tickets and beer accessories. There are hundreds of free Oktoberfest photos on Pixabay - check out https://pixabay.com/images/search/oktoberfest/. In theory, you could set this up in a few days.

But the domain alone is not worth the registration fee, sorry.
