With the Super Bowl coming up I thought it would be appropriate to offer this domain for sale, so as it can be developed in time for next year.

I'm quite familiar with a lot of people in the offshore sports book industry and am confident that I will get a good sale on this domain, as the amount of dollars wagered on the Bowl is astonomical.

However if anybody here is seriously interested in acquiring this domain for development or knows anybody in the industry who may be, I will consider $x,xxx offers.

SuperBowl affiliate advertising offers huge commisions I believe.

Do you have some sort of traffic numbers to justify the asking price?
Just curious because the name betbowl.com doesn't really justify it without traffic.

No, it doesn't have significant traffic, but I have worked in the Offshore Sports Book industry before and am quite aware how many domains many of the large books have redirecting to their sites and how much money the industry has spent on domain acquisition.

I am a realist in Domain Selling but I think the amount of money wagered on Super Bowl bets, justifies the price on this domain.

Some of the books handle over $50 million this weekend, I don't think parting with $x,xxx is going to be of concern to the right bookie who wishes to develop it.
