Suggestions please...

A while back I posted a special offer to my fellow NP'ers offering them extra credits if hey signed up for my Banner Exchange. Noone joined.

I have also advertised the site at different places yet I still have under 100 members. Can some of you take a look and tell me what am I doing wrong?

Dang.. I moved it back after my server came back to life yesterday. Guess DNS is still updating.
