I would do away with the underline of the links on top ( like php manual, mysql manual, html manual, etc ). You should do a text decoration : none.

The underline gives a messy, squeezed together look.

Hey there,

Now there's a much more appropriate suggestion. A lot better than your suggesting our members go elsewhere and making a post that seemed to have only one purpose, bash, or put us down. This is more like it, maybe I'll try it and see if it helps out here when I get a chance.
