Suggest Module for site

Hello friends

I am looking for some readymade / customisable script for a project of mine in which the users would be posting their products with picture and others can contact him through our website. I donot want extreme functionality like ebay
I am just looking for a simpler website script. Or if a commonly available content management system, forum, etc may be modded for meeting such requirements.

Please suggest.

phpBB has a classified ads mod - phpCA
They have a demo listed on their site - demo

When I was looking for a similar thing, that was the best I found and it's still being updated, the last update was in September.
