I have seen fan sites making nearly 1k$ a day in revenue, develope it into a USEFUL site and promote it, you will not regret it. Those that appraised this domain at "no value" please take your time and check that even most European cctlds are TAKEN. The domain itself worth around 100$. Dot orgs are working nicely with fan sites in my experience.
