Suez canal will be the most important area in the middel east and may be the whole world to make investment there .
After moubark regim is out Egypt will grown up and Morsi put this are in the top projects for Egypt but military coup stopped this project . but as i live in egypt militaty coup will end soon and morsi will be back and the project will be back for life

I expect suez canal area wil be the most important area for investment in near fututre may be 3-6 years

Even a domain like PanamaCanal.biz would have hardly any value.

Actually all of you are right and i agree with you in present time only but in future i dont think so also i cant prove my opinion as my opinion depend on unclear future for the area
