You are right. The name fits the extension, worth high $xxx reseller. If you find the end user then multiply it by 10. However, for the fact that Sudanese economy is not very good, finding the right buyer won’t be easy.

I used to own sudanese.TV (regged at $9.95) and decided to let it drop a year later. I think the .ORG should be worth 10X that amount. However, I'm not sure how one would develop this domain.

High $xx to low $xxx. IMO.
