I approved some of the submissions, there are two that I didn't approve yet because I couldn't test them (I'm at work and we have a really smart filtering system.)
I will do it once I get home.

Currently I have spots just for proxy sites but I invite you to submit your proxy topsites and I will try to create a sidebar for them in close future.
