Subdomain vs. domain for AdSense

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone can help here.

I have a heap of made for adsense sites that I want to publish and I get them regularly through nicherevolution.com, BUT I dont have domains for each of the niches, only about half.

Is there any disadvantage of using sub-domains for the MFA sites? I have put a few up online, examples are:

http://gps.globeshout.com
http://ipod.globeshout.com
http://carkits.globeshout.com
http://fireplaces.globeshout.com
http://magic.globeshout.com
http://hunting.globeshout.com
http://daycare.globeshout.com

I look forward to any feedback about subdomain vs. domain issues. Will it affect the way they are indexed etc. Any commentaries appreciated.

Also I haven't customized meta tags yet on these sites incase you pick that up

well... domains are better than subdomains.... domains can look more professional.... more reliable...
