It is a negative name, thus a tough sell. If I want to put up a lyrics website, I will use something else. I should be able to find a better domain for regfee.

As @Kate said, it's a tough sell. Not exactly because it is a negative name, but because you would have to target a particular type of buyer. It requires some work to do that effectively.
