It took me way to long to actually figure out what is said. I kept seeing "the" as a word in the center and at first thought is was "Stud En The LP Loans" or "Student Hel Ploans". The eye wants to automatically put "TH" or the word "the" together in English because they normally go together. Same thing with "PL" I found it hard to find the work "help" in that string on first read. That string almost needs a hyphen. I would also buy student-help-loans.com to sell with it as a keyword pair. The user could promote the hyphentated version in print, but not have to say "hyphen" when verbally saying the domain and get the best of both.
With both versions, it probably has some potential traffic/keyword value, but you'd have to park to find out. I really think the only value is in keyword parking rather than development, and PPC revenue will be the only way to determine value. The word order would be better with student loan help as that is more natural language.
