Definitely a valuable name but...but....
The big problem here is that is very generic and this may be a hurdle. Except for this, it surely can work as a nice brand name. You bet only for inbound offer. Outbound would be a gamble for the reason which I mentioned above.

I know that it is very generic although i have high beliefs that it definitely can be used for a materialbrand, or scientific/technological purpose. But you are right it isn't an easy one
I don't like the adjective here. Another adjective than "strong", like "heavy" for example, could make it a real premium. "Strong" here in my opinion is a so-so keyword. Good luck with it. You should prefer more keyword targeted names than this.
