Streaming video in Flash

Hello everybody,
Im trying to open mpeg stream (or wma, avi etc.) in swf
I dont want to use fla stream of macromedia flash server.
Any ideas?
My goal is something like this:
tjsfashion.net
But the final result above was too big for slow lines.
