Likes. Be sure to secure the non-plural if going to develop, as well. Development will add to future valuations, in my view.
$35 - $48.75+/+ (more for the "package") (wholesale and undeveloped), IMHO.

Righto.
However, upon searching at Register.com ... both the .COM/.ORG are taken. I might seek an alternate domain for future development purposes given this new information, IMHO. Or, possibly seek to acquire that ".COM".

The non "s" version of the domain is definitely better to me. But this one is not bad either! I would say $20+ undeveloped! Good luck!
