Before contacting the potential buyers, is it good to

1)
Set higher BIN prices with make offer option
or
Set your expected BIN price with make offer
or
Just set only make offer option without BIN
or
delist from all the marketplaces? and later list on the one buyer agreed to use.
or
Set NS to a coming soon page and advice to go through any of the marketplaces to buy the domain?

2)
Let know that you're contacting other potential buyers as well or not needed.

My #1 strategy BEFORE contacting potential buyers, in three simple steps:

1) List domains with reasonable BIN prices at Afternic
2) Use Afternic landing pages
3) Make a cup of coffee (a.k.a. DO NOT contact any potential buyers)

Probably that's the best thing to do. Have rarely recieved replies to emails to potential buyers.

I was actually asking about potential end user. We definitely can't quote end user price to another reseller, who would have 1000s of domains at his/her hand waiting for a fish. Anyway let me edit the question to make it more clear.
Okay. I can't edit it now :)

Hi

don't believe the hype!

you can quote the same price to anybody who is interested.
then it's up to them to buy or not.

imo...
