.tv StockPhotography.Tv- Going to develop!

Hello everyone here in the .Tv forums! If you frequent the .tv sub forum, then you probably know the regulars here. I have been coming to this section for a few months and really like it. It seems to me that the members here are alot more tight knit than in the other parts of this forum and seem to prefer development. I am proud to announce that I will be developing a .Tv name!!! So far I only have 3 sites, they are adequate but not great. I intend on making this forum proud with a really great developed site! If you dont know, my real trade is photography. I hate stock photography, it is boring and ultimately not fulfilling. Thing is... its very lucrative. Especially if you live in Hawaii and can take images of Hawaii that no one else has. So originally I had a name all picked out and everything, HawaiiStockImages.com still sounds nice :hehe: I planned on branding it and specializing in Hawaii and custom stock photos, I have photo buyers lined up and salivating over this concept!

Here is where this forum and .Tv come in. So last night i start doing a little overture... Keyword "stock" hmmm well stock photography is obvious. Oh well why not, so I type it in to my trusty godaddy search.....Damnit! Why is .Tv available! Hmmmm... Why should I corner myself into just Hawaii pictures when I could still take those shots plus every other kind? It turns out the .com is developed, well kind of. Its strange, It uses a working Stock photo sales site, but is really just an elaborate affiliate/ advertising template. So I bought that sucker! I am going to actually spend money on a site, and provide an actual real stock photo site that anyone can sign up for and sell their own photos, all while I take a cut and make money advertising! YAY! Something that combines both of my passions! I never would have considered using a .tv for anything before I came to this forum. Thanks! So in a way you guys are inspiration for this sites name. I am fully going to support this project with advertising. First I am going to start with links and adsense. I get a half page ad in some international magazines in exchange for photography, so I am going to use my ad space to advertise my site!

Any how I am excited and just wanted tosay thanks to all that post here. I find your posts and work to be interesting, entertaining and informative.

I will let you all know when it is up and running, probably in 2-3 weeks.
