Im not sure what the expression means? There are only a couple hundred thousand for the exact term and most of them dont make much sense.

Obviously its developed, which gives it some value but the Traffic cant be that great. Alexa ranking isnt too good. The domain does have a PR4 which is obviously a good thing, but beyond that Im not sure I like this one.
