$40 - $62.50+ (wholesale), IMHO. Excellent potential for End user type valuations ... if you tackle the Google "leads", as I see it. Some excellent advice here in this thread regarding this aspect. Please do keep us posted!

As someone who is experienced in trying to sell .orgs

Anything that doesn't seem to be a natural fit for the .org extension carries minimal value.

Natural fits for example: physician.org cultivate.org

I've sold several .orgs that really didn't fit the .org structure and must of them were over $100. So in my experience....anything goes....:D

try to build a page and ask some of your fellows here to link it from one of their good pageranked site with the keyword stencils in the linkdescription,
you soon would have a top google position
+traffic
+good selling arguments towards potential customers.
