Static site to WP template conversion needed

I need a website design converted to a template made for wordpress - the design is finish (static website) - just need the blog template to look exactly like the website its coming from so when visitors click on the "blog" link on the static site it'll go to the wordpress version without changing appearance.

I could do this myself , but I'm lacking time right now.
