I don't know if everyone will know what 'stair stringers' are but those in the stair industry do and search this exact term. Estibot gave it $3600 because of 17 PPC ads and a Wordtracker of about a 1000 a month.

Nice name, undeveloped worth at least $250 for resellers and obviously much more for an end user. I wonder why .net and .org versions are still available.
