realistically you could develop a city site on this domain if you wanted but in terms of raw value the dash and the .co kind of kill any value for the domain alone without a revenue generating website on it

Also, if you are new to domaining a general rule is to stay away from domains that have dashes in them and furthermore I would stick with .com's to start as they're generally the easiest to flip.
