For SSL certificates
Quick update here .
I have about 68 submissions to still review. We have a ton of great submissions. Here is what we have so far.
Will share a poll asap, but just updating that there are a lot of strong candidates.
Lots of good ones there it will be a tough one i like Cryptiverse.com its memorable
I f*cking love Cryptiverse.com. Oooh, its mine 😂
Novusign (like "GlobalSign SSL" and/or "Verisign SSL"; a powerful name)
FullEncrypt (a descriptive and strong name)
Also, there are new suggestions, see the message please.
I hope you put DnCert.com that I had suggested to you three days ago on Sunday on the list, it's a short and up to the point name for this project. IMO
I also submitted one of my own domains: DnFortress.com
DNCert has been registered and submitted (along with DNCertify / DNCertified / DNCertificates..)
Agree that this 6L .com is perfectly aligned with @epik's DNProtect & DNEncrypt, and their prospective endeavor here re: domain name certificates.
All 5 of my submissions below.
Like the Cloak of Invisibility. Will hide your data from prying eyes
Could potentially create a new lingo for SSL certificates -> "Get SSLified with us and ensure privacy and protection for you and your customers!"
Can you buy my domain ( gohostyy.com) this domain is use for anything
Stop. You've already posted this name twice, and I'm sure you're messaging them as well.
The funny part is that name is still not registered. LOL
Submitted this name for consideration:
- 6 letters
- Alternative spelling of "issuance"
- Translates to "the act of issuing"
- 3 syllables
- Contains SSL
Too similar, yes?
I would stay away from 'Encrypt' -- why create a proprietary product and brand it just like the most popular product out there?
It should be unique and memorable -- distance yourself as a brand while providing superior services.
I wouldn't create Zoogle to compete with Google or GrubHut to compete with GrubHub etc.
We are good on submissions. I will keep the thread open but no more brainstorms. We have a winner in this batch. Thanks all for the great input. Poll to follow as soon as the submissions are processed.
I took Bob's advice and took a few days off and look what happened, I missed the party Ugh!
Btw j/k Bob
I'm submitting 3 a bit late but hopefully still in time.
GreenLocked dot com
PadSSL dot com
PadlockedSSL dot com
See note just sent about SSL. The SSL tech is being replaced by TLS, which will eventually be replaced by something else. As such, SSL is not something to include in the brand.
GreenLocked might work assuming the UX does not get rid of that feature. That one is closer to the mark though.
Separate names with a comma.
