end user with full development mid $xx,xxx

at this moment in time, it is not worth $1M.........

I wouldn't let it go for anything less than low $xx,xxx undeveloped. More if you add a site/minisite to it.

Hmm, some interesting appraisals ... would be VERY surprised to see it fetch anywhere near the $1m mark

Nevertheless- it is a fantastic domain, one of the best .info i've seen up for appraisal for some time.

As is i think you would get high $xxxx to possibly low $xxxxx but with development you could sell for more or have yourself a lovely little earner!

I don't know what is up with these crazya$$ high appraisals! There's not a real business for SQL so I do NOT see a value of mid $xx,xxx range and higher in this domain.

I'll appraise this domain at low $x,xxx to high $x,xxx range to the RIGHT buyer. That's maximum.

SQL isn't a brand or a huge corporation that can pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for it.

It will go for a nice amount though.
