Most people woudn't know or use .cc.
But i think you can have a great site for adsense there.

Very good keyword. Just takes a lot of "hardwork"
to keep it alive, you need a blog, not just a landing page and fresh articles.

You will need to submit to directories, listings, blogs, comments and the rest of the other hard working stuff. To get it to rank, keep it up, make adsense money and sell it.

It can sell for as much as the buyer is willing to pay.
Beauty.cc sold for 1million, and on dnsaleprice there is alot of great .cc sales!
and looking up spyware the .us sold for 3,xxx
this name should be able to get low $$$ if marketed right
or the right enduser is found possibly more

but yes if you want a quick sale you can post it here for a $$ amount and im sure it will sell!

Just keep hold of it for a while, if selling for the price of a meal out is not your thing then simply wait a few years to see what the future holds.

Most of the world is still not online but when they do come you can be sure that they will be looking for good domain names

Right now you might get mid-high xxx for a sale but I wouldn't :p
